作為世界肝炎日的重要活動(dòng)，世界肝炎聯(lián)盟要求各個(gè)國(guó)家的行政部門簽署關(guān)于乙肝和丙肝的“12問”，以便到2012年之前達(dá)到特定的目標(biāo)。其中前6問代表了全球性的問題，每個(gè)國(guó)家相同；后6問旨在適應(yīng)不同國(guó)家的特殊性問題。
